Your Weekend Holiday – Cook Something Bold Day
Today is Cook Something Bold Day.
I love bold flavors in food. I love the heat factor… although my ass doesn’t care for it come the next day. Que sera, sera.
It’s getting cold outside. Why not cook-up some gumbo or chili? Even if you don’t like eating the stuff, it’ll make your homestead smell like heaven.
I’m not insinuating that heaven is affiliated with Cajun or Tex-Mex, or any other type of bold meals for that matter.
All I’m saying is the apple in the Garden of Eden could have perhaps used some cinnamon and Tabasco sauce.
