More Xmas Goodies
Indiecator Records has a 13-track compilation of Christmas tunes available for a mere pittance (6 euros, which is more-or-less 9 americos, which – in either currency – is cheaper than the album inexplicably pictured above). Go here and give it a listen, then fork over the moolah. If you’re like me and don’t consider yourself a fan of Christmas music, the quality of these tracks – which stray far from the usual, overheard holiday canon - just might win you over. At the very least, it should give you a good introduction to several great bands that you’ve probably never heard before (I recommend Loxsly, Allo Darlin’, and Sunset).
This came to my attention via the consistently ace MP3 blog, mp3hugger, through which Indiecator Records began. Be sure to pay them a visit, too.
